Welcome, and a note to a new mom

If you found this site because your baby's newborn screen came back with words you had never heard, this note is for you. I was that baby. I am a healthy adult now, and I built this site to be the thing I wish someone had handed my parents on day one.
Start with What Is PCD? It is short, it is honest, and it will tell you the most important thing: this is treatable. When you are ready, the rest of the Newly Diagnosed section walks you through diagnosis, the first few months, and daily life, in order.
This site is a starting point, not a finished thing. I will keep adding to it. Thank you for being here.
